Tesco metro will never be the same for this Domestic Ploddess! Grill happily speed-dates beef or chicken fillets (not madly keen on fish). Hardly bother with marinate - just a quick swishy-swish in garlicky olive oil plus dry herbs, honey, soy sauce, whatever. Detachable plates (a must!) are teflon-coated; easy to remove and easy to clean. Should have bought ages ago.
