Makes great coffee...but....  Sent: 04 June 2008
I've had my machine over a year now and it's still fab. I agree though on the sticking of the dial...after one two many glasses of wine I didn't clean it after use and knew all about it the next day.
My secret to cleaning it...if it gets jammed, boil the kettle, pull out the wee black tray the the back, sit the unit over the sink KEEPING THE PLUG WELL AWAY FROM WATER..pour boiling water where the coffee goes and slowly loosen the dial.
Leave the lid open for a full day at least to let it fully dry before adding more coffee. I've had to do this a couple of times now. I also use the trick of only putting the right amount of coffee in.
Over priced still though, i noticed debenhams had them on sale for £45.
