I have had this machine for a few years now. It has never let me down and is so easy to use. The only downside is that it is huge. I only have a small kitchen and it certainly dominates the room! If you do have space though you won't be disappointed. The coffee comes out at a good temperature and the hot plate works treat at keeping it hot for a good while. The milk frother is easy to clean and works well at frothing and warming at the same time. There is definitely a difference when you adjust the strength dials too. Delonghi are definitely one of the best coffee machine makers out there.
