I HAVE BEEN USING A KENWOOD BREAD MAKER FOR THE LAST FEW MONTHS, AND FOUND THAT SLICING IT WHILE STILL HOT WAS QUITE A PROBLEM. I FIND YOUR KNIFE TO BE THE BEST SOLUTION. IT IS, AS THEY SAY,[LIKE A KNIFE THROUGH BUTTER].

I was sick of hacking away at crusty bread and roasts especially when I was entertaining and in a hurry to plate the food so I finally got round to buying one - thank heavens to Amazon as I couldn't find one in shops.
Anyway I now would not be without it. It feels very flimsy until you use it and it effortlessly glides through meat, cutting perfect slices of the size you want. A must have in my opinion and I regret having gone so long without one.

This is my second one as first went missing in house move ! I really liked my first one, very efficient at cutting fresh baked bread, and more or less anything I threw at it. A very good product, hence my second purchase. Easy to use, little bit noisy, but so what ? easy to clean, all in all a very good knife.
