Excalibur® non-stick surface the only non-stick reinforced with a stainless steel alloy, providing a tough, durable cooking surface. High grade stainless steel and a dash of aluminium are the ingredients for our 3-ply stainless steel range of pans. The technically advanced 3-ply metal sandwich uses an aluminium core to spread the heat evenly, so there are no hotspots. Le Creuset 3-ply is equally at home on gas or electric hobs and has been designed to work brilliantly on induction hobs too. There's a neat way to store lids, ergonomic handles and the entire rim of each pan has a cleverly designed lip that lets you pour from any angle without messy drips.

Had it for 6 months. It is good but lacks volume because of sloping sides & lack of depth. Slightly hard to clean around the rivets inside. Tends to tip over because of the long handle. It is still lovely though but not perfect.
The saute pan looks better.
