I don't know why but we have had nothing but problems with kettles over the years! We have now had this one for 3 weeks and it seems to do everything we expected of it and it looks good in the kitchen.

Russell Hobbs Kettle, Excellent value for money. Boils quickly, water level can be seen easily. On - off switch is positioned well and is positive.Love the blue light. Easy to fill. Old kettle getting tatty and lid fell off so needed new one, saw it half price on Amazon - decision made.
